At Level Up RV, we stand behind our products. We offer both a satisfaction guarantee for new purchases and a manufacturer warranty for long-term peace of mind.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

2. Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Your product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is not covered:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, accident, or misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim
