Shipping Policy — LevelUp RV

eLam Level V2-Plus eLam Level units are dispatched directly from us via NZ Post. Delivery is available nationwide, including to PO Boxes.

  • Dispatched: Next business day after your order is placed
  • Flat rate shipping applies at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Tracking provided via email once dispatched

Levelling Ramps (Thule & Milenco) Levelling ramp orders are dispatched from our Hamilton warehouse via Post Haste.

  • Dispatched: Next business day after your order is placed
  • PO Boxes cannot be accepted — a physical street address is required
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Rural delivery surcharges are automatically calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (rural areas may take longer)
  • Tracking provided via email once dispatched

Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding NZ public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping on eLam Levels

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all eLam electronic levelling products. The following terms and conditions apply:

Inclusions

  • Free standard shipping applies to all eLam electronic level products purchased through our online store.

Exclusions

  • Levelling Ramps: Free shipping does not apply to any of our levelling ramp products. Standard shipping rates will apply at checkout for these items.

Rural Surcharges

  • Rural delivery surcharges will still be applied where applicable. If your delivery address is classified as a rural area by our courier, an additional rural surcharge will be added to your order.
  • This surcharge is outside of our control and is charged by the courier provider.

General Conditions

  • Free standard shipping applies to delivery addresses within New Zealand only.
  • This offer is subject to change without notice.
